Had to have the roof refelted and the flashing replaced around the chimney stack and valley and a lead slate replaced. Work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. Good communication from the office.

Just to say that I was very impressed. His modus operandi was very tidy and thoughtful. Getting materials in and removing the rubbish was quite a logistical exercise and Lawrence prepped the floor well and swept up afterwards. His approach was considerate and manner pleasant. A pleasant change in these strange times! Must be something to do with the Culture of the Company!

So we organised for Noad to sort out some issues with our roof, they sorted out a new flat roof on our extension when the old felt was deteriorating and they also sorted issues with ripped felting under our main roof. They first came round with a drone to go over the whole of the roof and inspect any issues, they also came inside to see the issues from the inside of the roof space. This service in itself was great to find out what is wrong with the roof and I believe if you go forward with the work then you don't have to pay for this service..While the work was being done they found some issues that were impossible to find until the work had been started, but their communication about the issues and options on how to sort them out were great. The guys that did the roof work were extremely pleasant and polite and really got on with what they needed to do..The actual price we paid for the work was a premium price, so don't be shocked at their quotes, but you do get a premium service for what you pay for. We would definitely use Noad again if we have any further issues and we would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Noad Roofing three times over the years (three different roofs!) and I cannot fault my experience with them.
